Alfred Lee Dingler
Alfred founded Prime Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1985. Since then, Prime has grown from a one person agency offering a single line of business to a full-service financial center serving over 3000 families and businesses throughout the state of Georgia. As President of Prime, he has charted this growth by instituting sound business practices and hiring educated, competent staff.
Alfred is a 1985 graduate of Georgia State University. While there, he was ranked the top insurance student in his Junior and Senior years. After founding Prime, Alfred earned the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) certification in 1991 and the ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) certification in 2002. In order to expand into a full service financial center, he obtained Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 securities registrations, and in 1999 he formed Prime Financial Services, Inc.
As part of his commitment to give back to the community, Alfred has been the local board President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia, Chairman of the Grange Agent Advisory Council and Vice Chairman of the Southern Regional Medical Center Foundation.
Alfred resides in Fayette County with his wife, Jolene and their five children.
Karl N. Thomason
Karl has been in the insurance business for over 24 years. After graduating from Georgia State University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Karl has worked full time as a commercial insurance agent. In 1988 Alfred and Karl became partners. Karl holds his registrations with Questar Capital and works with clients in many areas of their financial life. Helping business owners solve their problems varying from retirement plan rollovers, life insurance, group benefits and auto and home insurance to his specialty, helping businesses with their commercial insurance needs, Karl takes on the role of Risk Manager for his clients.
Karl has served on the board of several community organizations and his service as a member of the Past Chairman of the Young Agents Committee of the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia, and several companies agents advisory committees help keep Karl in the forefront of community and insurance related matters.
Karl also serves the community as a volunteer coach in youth sports. He and his family attend New Hope Baptist Church, where he serves as a Bible Study Leader and Deacon.
Jolene D. Dingler
Jolene began her insurance career in Maine in 1985 as a customer service representative for a local agency. Her roles expanded from service to sales and management. She served as Vice President of Personal Lines during her seven year employment with a large agency in the Lewiston-Auburn, Maine area. Jolene joined Prime Insurance Agency in 1999. Her role continues in the area of management while overseeing the operations of The Prime Family of Companies. She is the President of Prime Divorce Strategies, Inc, Prime Educational Services, Inc. and Prime Image Consulting, Inc.
Jolene has completed and formally taught many courses for the Independent Insurance Agents of Maine association. In 1993 she was awarded the President’s Education Award from the IIAAM. She has earned the Associate in Underwriting, the Accredited Advisor in Insurance and the Certified Professional Insurance Woman’s designations.
Jolene served as the National Association of Insurance Maine State Chairman in 1990. She was chosen as the Insurance Woman of the Year for her local insurance association in 1989 and for the State of Maine in 1990. She is a member of Strathmore’s Who’s Who, the National Association of Professional Women and the National Institute of Certified College Planners.
Jolene resides in Fayette County with her husband, Alfred and their five children.
